You can submit your child’s story in the following categories:

• Business/Entrepreneurship: Does your child run their own business venture?
• Motivation/Inspiration: Do you have a story about your child that showcases success or overcoming struggles/challenges?
• Exceptional Skills/Talents: Is your child excelling in a specific field or skill set? E.g. art, public speaking, wood working, gardening, metal work, etc.

For category Business/Entrepreneurship, you will need the following information to apply:

• A short summary of the product/services sold by your child (50 to 150 words)
• Links (online store, social etc)
• Story behind the business (300 to 500 words). In addition to the story, need responses to the following questions:
  • What inspired to start the business?
  • What are the challenges in running the business with the learning disorder? How are these challenges handled?
• Story of your child (300 to 500 words). In addition to the story, need responses to the following questions:
  • How has the child’s learning disorder affected their daily life?
  • Who is the child’s champion in managing the learning disorders? What role does the champion play?
• Pictures relevant to the business (at least 5, high quality)
• Pictures of the child (minimum 4, can add family pics additionally)

For category  Motivation/Inspiration, you will need the following information to apply:

• Story showcasing success or overcoming struggles/challenges (400 to 800 words). In addition to the story, need responses to the following questions:
  • How has the child’s learning disorder affected their daily life?
  • Who is the child’s champion in managing the learning disorders? What role does the champion play?
• Links (social links if any)
• Pictures – minimum 7, high quality. Need at least 2 pics of the child alone. If the story is related to a specific incident, including pictures on/about that incident would be awesome 🙂

For category Exceptional Skills/Talents, you will need the following information to apply:

• Story showcasing the child’s exceptional skill/talent (400 to 800 words). In addition to the story, need responses to the following questions:
  • How has the child’s learning disorder affected their daily life?
  • Who is the child’s champion in managing the learning disorders? What role does the champion play?
• Links (social links if any)
• Pictures – minimum 7, high quality. Pictures relating to the specific skill set would be awesome. Need at least 2 pics of the child alone. Additional pics are also welcome 🙂
