Rosalin is a seasoned and successful leader with a track record of producing, presenting and managing the implementation of innovative hospitality and tourism business solutions and services in Africa and across the world in the past 15 years.

Rosalin is a dyslexic who started reading and writing at age 17. She holds MSc International Hospitality Management from Swiss Hotel Management School in Switzerland. She is Walt Disney Hospitality Leadership Fellow and worked as Guest Experience Manager at Walt Disney World, U.S.A.

Currently, Rosalin is the Lead Consultant at iQ Mundo (Hospitality & Education Consulting firm), Swiss Education Group country Rep for Ghana-Liberia-Sierra Leone and founding curator of Dodowa Hub of Global Shapers community and founder of Africa Dyslexia Organisation.

Global Shapers Community | Dodowa, Ghana Jan 2020-present

  • Established the Global Shapers Dodowa Hub as the founding curator to bring development impact to the Shai Osudoku District in Ghana.
  • Engaging with community leaders in Dodowa to understand issues of the district.
  • Advising hub leadership in the management of the newly established hub in Ghana.
  • Organised, planned, established, and recruited passionate individual to join the hub.

Global Dignity | Kumasi, Ghana Jun 2015-Aug 2018

  • Organised yearly dignity activities and spread awareness on dignity. Activities involves visiting local schools and communities in Kumasi and teaching a “course in dignity” to youth. Global Dignity is committed to supporting more people around the world to live a more dignified life. Ensuring the dignity of every single person is essential to combating intolerance, injustice and inequality. Through education and initiatives, empowered people to recognise their own inherent dignity and respect the equal worth of all others. Only then can we build cultures of dignity in our schools, communities, and ultimately societies that are more just, open and peaceful.
